Description
Parameter information
The ESPC5-12E is a highly integrated Wi-Fi 6 dual-band 2.4 GHz/5 GHz and Bluetooth coexistence module. It is a low-power, single-chip IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax wireless local area network (WLAN) controller. The chip integrates a 240 MHz CPU, WLAN MAC, 1T1R WLAN baseband, RF circuitry, and Bluetooth functionality. It also provides a wide range of configurable GPIO interfaces that can be assigned to digital peripheral and control functions for different applications.
The module integrates various peripheral interfaces, including SPI, parallel I/O, ADC, UART, I²C, I²S, RMT (TX/RX), LED PWM, USB serial interface, JTAG controller, MCPWM, SDIO 2.0 slave controller, GDMA, TWAI controller, on-chip JTAG debugging, and an Event Task Matrix (ETM). It supports up to 19 GPIOs.
The ESPC5-12E includes an IEEE 802.15.4-compliant subsystem with integrated PHY and MAC layers. It supports multiple protocols and ecosystems, including Thread, Zigbee, Matter, HomeKit, and MQTT. The module uses the ESP32-C5 as its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth coexistence SoC. Its integrated memory supports complete Wi-Fi protocol functionality, while its embedded memory architecture simplifies application development.
The module supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax standards and a complete TCP/IP protocol stack. It can add Wi-Fi connectivity to existing devices or operate as a standalone network controller.
